Huntley Park District
The Huntley Park District provides a variety of park and recreational opportunities for residents of all ages.  The Park District operates Stingray Bay, a family aquatic center as well as Pinecrest Golf Club.

McHenry County Conservation District
The McHenry County Conservation District is a public body which owns or manages more than 23,000 acres of open space in McHenry County. Sites are open to the public on a year-round basis.  Trails, picnic shelters, camping and fishing sites, educational facilities, and more are offered at these locations.

Naturally McHenry County
Located in the northwest region of Chicagoland, McHenry County offers a change of pace from the urban environment. With easy access via I-90, the county is an exciting, diverse and beautiful region. From galleries to ski jumps, museums to golfing, all can be found inside McHenry County.  Stop by the Visitor Center located in downtown Huntley at the southeast corner of Rt. 47 and Main Street.

Forest Preserve District of Kane County
The Forest Preserve District of Kane County is a public body which maintains and manages over 18,000 acres of open space in Kane County.  The District has sites that offer many recreational opportunities, including picnicking, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, camping, as well as many natural areas.
