HHS Summer Forum is an annual 3 day program for incoming freshman of Huntley High School. The program is sponsored by the Huntley Police Department along with participating agencies, Lake in the Hills Police Department and McHenry County Sheriff’s Office.

TeensgolfcartThe goal of HHS Summer Forum is to provide these incoming freshman with important information they will need before entering their high school years, all while incorporating fun games, activities, and team building exercises. Topics to be discussed include, but are not limited to, bullying/cyberbullying, teen dating violence, current drug trends & alcohol, dangers of the internet & social networking, and other Huntley High School rules and expectations. The purpose of HHS Summer Forum is to establish positive relationships involving law enforcement with the youth of the Huntley, Lake in the Hills, and Algonquin areas.

Freshman that attend this program will be well-informed on important issues that teenagers face today. Teen culture is changing and peer pressure is more prevalent than ever. Our goal is to educate the youth and help them make healthy and positive choices during their high school experience.  Additional information can be found on the parent information handout.

Parents/Guardians may complete the application anytime until one day before the Forum.  However, only 25 students will be enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis.  Don't delay - complete the application below ASAP!
