Freedom of Information Requests


The Huntley Police Department will fulfill all records requests in accordance with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.). FOIA requests can be made at the Huntley Police Department Monday though Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, excluding certain state and federal holidays.  In addition, requests will be accepted via mail, fax and e-mail

All requests for records must be made in writing.  The Huntley Police Department has a FOIA Request Form for your use.
