Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Village Clerk's Office will fulfill all records requests in accordance with Freedom of Information Act(FOIA) requirements (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.). FOIA requests can be made at the Municipal Complex Monday though Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding certain state and federal holidays.  In addition, requests will be accepted via mail, fax and e-mail.  All requests must be made in writing.
