Huntley is a vibrant growing community with many things to offer.  One of the fastest growing communities in the Chicago metropolitan area, the US Census Bureau certified Huntley’s current population at 23,229 residents.   Applied Geographic Solutions projects that by 2013, the population within 5 miles will be 127,227 residents (41,400 households), with an average household income of $107,288.  Click here for full demographic report.

The Village of Huntley is committed to achieving and maintaining the best economic health of the Village through retention, expansion and attraction of commerce and industry.  An important part of any healthy community is a strong business economic structure and base.

The Village is happy to announce the opening of Walmart Supercenter at the southeast corner of Route 47 and Kreutzer Road. We continue to aggressively pursue other retail developments that will benefit the Village and our residents. We believe a successful partnership between the Village and the business community not only enhances the ability for all businesses to succeed but also continues to strengthen a prosperous and thriving community.
