SPECIAL TASK FORCE
The mission of the Major Investigation Assistance Team (M.I.A.T) is to assist member agencies, at the request of that agency, who is involved in a major investigation by providing additional trained manpower and equipment.

This team provides specialized investigators who have advanced training to assist the effected agency. This team allows for additional investigators to be called in as needed to handle a case in its beginning critical stages, that many agencies in the area would be unable to do on their own with the limited manpower of a typical agency of the county.
