Crime prevention cannot be
achieved by the police alone. Law enforcement officers must work
together with community members to fight crime and maintain order within
our neighborhoods and throughout our Village.
The Huntley Police Department
has implemented a telephone number designated specifically as a “Tip
Line”. Anyone with information about criminal or suspicious activity,
the location of wanted person(s), or any other information about one’s
involvement in crimes can call the Tip Line with that information.
Callers may remain anonymous or may leave contact information. The phone
line is available 24 hours a day and monitored regularly by police
officers.

847-515-5333. This line is NOT to be used for in-progress or
emergency situations. For those issues, please dial 911.
Please provide as much
detail as you can about date, time, location, descriptions or names of
involved person(s), and specifics of the incident. If vehicles are
involved, a license plate number and car description would be very
useful.
