KEVIN HILLNER- Sergeant of Records

Sergeant Hillner has been in law enforcement for 29 years. He began his police career with the Carpentersville Police Department in 1980. Sergeant Hillner attended Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command and he is currently working on a Bachelors degree through Columbia College. Sergeant Hillner is the Records Division Supervisor and Evidence and Property Management Supervisor. He is trained as a gang enforcement officer, truck weight enforcement officer, and certified breath alcohol instrument operator. Sergeant Hillner is married with four children and one grandchild. He has his private pilots license and began flying in 1986. Additionally, he enjoys hunting and fishing and of course airplanes.
