Sergeant Marak has been employed with the Huntley
Police Department since March, 2002. Sergeant Marak attended and
graduated from the Police Training Institute in Champaign, IL in June,
2002. Between January, 2005 until January, 2008 Sergeant Marak was
assigned to the Investigations Division of the Department. Sergeant Marak
is currently assigned as the Sergeant In Charge for Area 2.
Sergeant Marak is a certified Field Training
Sergeant and Evidence Technician. Sergeant Marak is also a Firearms
Instructor, Rifle/Carbine Instructor, a BASSET Instructor, and an
Immediate Action/Rapid Response Instructor. Sergeant Marak graduated from
Harper College.
Sergeant Marak enjoys hunting, camping, and
spending time with his wife and two children.
