Deputy Chief Todd Fulton was hired in
October of 1993 and graduated from the Cook County Sheriff’s Academy.
During his years in the patrol division, Deputy Chief Fulton was a
member of the Major Investigative Assistance Team of McHenry County (M.I.A.T).
In 2000, he was promoted to Sergeant. In 2004, Deputy Chief Fulton
attended and graduated from Northwestern University School of Police
Staff and Command. In 2005, he was transferred from the Patrol Division
to the Criminal Investigations Division where he acted as the division
supervisor. In January 2007, he was promoted to Deputy Chief. Deputy
Chief Fulton’s current duties include overseeing daily operations of the
Patrol Division and overseeing the Criminal Investigations Division. He
is also the fleet manager for the department, managing the department’s
vehicles. Deputy Chief Fulton is currently participating in the
Northwestern University Senior Manager’s Leadership Program. Deputy
Chief Fulton has an Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice
Administration. Deputy Chief Fulton is married with two children. |
