TODD FULTON - Deputy Chief Support Services Bureau
Deputy Chief Todd Fulton was hired in October of 1993 and graduated from the Cook County Sheriff’s Academy. During his time in the patrol division, Deputy Chief Fulton was a member of the Major Investigative Assistance Team of McHenry County (M.I.A.T). In 2000, he was promoted to Sergeant. In 2004, Deputy Chief Fulton attended and graduated from Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, and is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 241). In 2005, he was transferred from the Patrol Division to the Criminal Investigations Division where he acted as the division supervisor. In January 2007, he was promoted to Deputy Chief. Deputy Chief Fulton is currently assigned to the department’s Support Services Bureau which oversees the Office of Professional Standards, department training, the Criminal Investigations Division, Records Division, emergency management, department’s accreditation (CALEA), jail operations, building maintenance, police vehicle fleet, and the department’s recruitment program. Deputy Chief Fulton has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Deputy Chief Fulton is married with two children.

MICHAEL KLUNK - Deputy Chief Patrol Services
Deputy Chief Michael Klunk has been employed with the Huntley Police Department since March 1999. He is currently assigned to the Huntley Police Department's Patrol Services Bureau which oversees the daily operations of the uniformed patrol division, public information dissemination, and police community programs. Deputy Chief Klunk is also the Assistant Team Commander of the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System - Region 3 North Mobile Field Force. Deputy Chief Klunk has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Criminal Justice. He graduated from the University of Illinois Police Training Institute’s Basic Law Enforcement class in 1999, is a 2007 graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command (class 233), is a 2008 graduate of the FBI National Academy (session 232), and also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Deputy Chief Klunk is married with two children.
